tweeter install and speaker wire ??

hi guys,

im installing some tweeters on my a-pillar panel. but should i mount them at the bottom ,, middle or top ?

or should they be ear level ?

and read they should be pointed at my head right ?

also im not sure if this will make a difference or not thats why im asking..

lets say my right front speaker will take 15' ( from amp to speaker )

but the left front will take 10' is it ok to run different lengths of speaker wire ?

or should i find the longer length and make both speaker wire the same ?

i have been keeping the wire the same length but not sure if im just wasting wire.

wire length wont matter. and tweeters I believe are to be positioned towards your headrest/ear. also, keep them down low. but I have no real idea and haven't tested other positionings of tweeters to see if it makes a difference
