speakers are 3 ohms but my amp is 4 ohms...how do I go about tuning? What tune? hz?

I have these speakers:

Infinity Primus PR6500cs 6-1/2" component speaker system — also fit 6-3/4" openings at Crutchfield.com

Infinity Primus PR6502is 6-1/2" 2-way car speakers — also fit 6-3/4" openings at Crutchfield.com

with an old early 2000' amp earthquake TNT tremor 600 which is 600 watts, 4 channels at 4 ohms.

I think the RMS is like 65 watts. What sound tune should I use and is the 4 ohm amp comflicting with the 3 ohm speakers?

I dont think it is.... The amp is so old I cant find anything on it. One thing that does get on my nerves is that when I play a tone , lets say a 60hz tone when I tuned, I get a high pitch sound through the speaker as soon as the volume is raised. I dont get it through my woofer at all though...

You need to use 1k tones for highs amps.

^ and it looks like that amp is 2x200 @4ohm so it should be 2ohm stable.

Thanks!!! I will have to retune then. Because one set of speakers is 70 watts rms and the other 80 I used the lowest , 70 to calculate. I probably did it wrong though. Should I multiply 70 with 2 ohms or 4 ohms? I have it toned to 12 volts now.
