speakers are 3 ohms but my amp is 4 ohms...how do I go about tuning? What tune? hz?

I dont think it is.... The amp is so old I cant find anything on it. One thing that does get on my nerves is that when I play a tone , lets say a 60hz tone when I tuned, I get a high pitch sound through the speaker as soon as the volume is raised. I dont get it through my woofer at all though...

 
You need to use 1k tones for highs amps.
Thanks!!! I will have to retune then. Because one set of speakers is 70 watts rms and the other 80 I used the lowest , 70 to calculate. I probably did it wrong though. Should I multiply 70 with 2 ohms or 4 ohms? I have it toned to 12 volts now.
