looks clean. I woulda just used the side mirror cover incase you ever wanted to back to stock again...

you could of easily dremel'd the stock location

I fit a 1" behind the factory spot.

if you really wanted to you could squeeze a 2"

i drive a 06 350z

i have found the kick panel on axis for a 6.5" and a 1 " tweet is best

the the kick off axis with a 6.5" and 1" tweet 2nd best

then a 6.5" mid in a door pod combined with a flush mount 1" tweeter at the base of the a pillar 3 rd best

if your happy with the sound from what you did that is all that matters

I know u are bashing it, just asking so I can learn also. I placed it a few inches from the where the factory tweeter is.
