Tweeter hole too big..how to fix it?

I made the hole for my tweeters in the kick panels too big..they worked fine for my previous tweeters,but now almost every tweeter will go through...does anybody have any idea on how could I fix it without looking ugly?

Any help/suggestions/advice appreciated

pics of your panels would help. but adding another baffle would be just cutting another piece of mdf of whatever material you want on top of the hole you have now, it will stick out a little bit, but if you glass it in it would look mighty flush if done right.

Yep, fiberglass is awesome and can be quite helpful if done right.

cool beans..thanks everyone..I'll get sum pix but so far is down to either make a mounting ring and fasten it or fiberglass and drill a hole again...
