Tweeter Crackle

Just installed a bi-amp set up on my front stage components, JBL 608GTi from a MS-A1004 amp. I am running off of factory HU with an MS-8 processor... but when I turn the volume up about 3/4 i get kind of a dirty crackle from the tweeters...not sure what this is....any ideas?

Yea it distorts when wire touching or just low only on one side the ones that r touching
