Turning a sealed to a ported??

I heard that it is possible to turn a Sealed box into a ported... sounds kinda odd given it isn't that big:eyebrow: . I gotta 1.0 sf enclosure, does anyone think that it is possible to port it !correctly!

Give me some ideas and i'll take pics of my progress...:

If you're using a smaller sub that likes tiny ported enclosures and you can deal with an external port, then yes, it can work. If not, don't even bother unless you're using 8s or maybe a 6.5.

ya thats a tiny enclosure...the port would take most of it, internally atleast. what sub is it? your best wat to go is do what immacomputer said...or just build a new encloure, that would probably be easier and will save you some headache
