Turn on wire from battery?

OK, I'm confused. How/Should I run a turn on wire from the battery to the amps in my car?

I've got 2 amps & a car PC. They each will have separate lines from the battery.

For the amp switches, I have two 20amp toggle switches and the car PC has a 25amp toggle switch mounted to the dash.

Essentially what I have right now is this.

Do I need fuses? I have available a cigarette lighter that was installed behind the stereo system back when my dad owned the car for his GPS. Should I just use the positive off of that? It's 5 volts.

I'm using 12 gauge speaker wire for it. (All I have).

Help. I'm confused.

You should NOT be using speaker for any electrical. Fire waiting to happen

If 12 gauge is all you have. Dont install amything and buy POWER WIRE. that 12gauge speaker wire should be speaker wire or remote wire only.
