Tuning system

If that's all your system consists of you don't have much to "tune"...you could adjust the LPF point to a point that doesn't sound too localizable, blends well with the front stage...

 
Read the gain setting tutorial in the amplifier section.

Other than that...as Jim mentioned, about all that's left is the lowpass crossover for the subwoofer, which is built into the amplifier. It's just a matter of playing with the crossover point until you find the setting that sounds best to you.
