Tuning lower and using bigger box then subs designed for?

Just wondering if it’s advisable to build a box tunes lower with more volume then spec calls for

hertz hx250 call for .7 cubic feet tuned to 38 hertz and I was thinking of around 1 cube tuned to 34 hertz! Any input on how this would workout the fs of sub is 34
