Tuning Gains

Have you tried just turning your gain on your sub amp up. There is nothing wrong with that if your music is indeed quiet in the bass region. You'll just have to dial things back on the HU quite a bit, if you have the capability, if you did decide to play rap or something else bass heavy.

After I did my gains with the 50hz -7.5db, the output is better, I didn't add bass boost yet, I'm worried of what might happened if I add bass boost and overpower the sub, as of what I have, Its said on my signature.

Go ahead and set the bass boost on the amp at about half way and then set the gains on a 50 hx tone at -5 or -7.5.
Bass boost only becomes a real problem when you crank on it after gain setting. .

1- Should I follow this procedure above?

2- Is there any harm with tuning my bass gains with a 50hz -7.5db tone ?
