tuning frequency?

I was woundering what is tuning frequency whats it mean and why is it always measured @ -3db ? another what is a easy way to fix broken plastic clips from a door panel i was thinking of velcro but was wondering if there is anything else

question too hard? not clear what i'm asking? Why do I never get a response I love reading intresting questions and then seeing everyones great opinions and facts but every time I post a question it never gets a reply and is never seen again I feel this is a decent question so why no response?

all I know about frequency is it depends on the size of the box and if ported depends on the size and length of the ports. I never knew this was tested at -3 db, where did you find that info? They probobly just needed a standard but thats a very stragne # to pick.
