Im tired of blowing speakers so Im gonna set my gains with a dmm. I have a jbl gto rated at 104x4 at 4ohms and 284x2 at 4ohms bridged.
Im using this site http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/setgain.asp but just need to know what frequency i should use while tuning.

Also have a Dual 2 12" HDC3 that im powering by a xtant 1001x at 1ohm. What would be the best tone to tune to. The box is tuned to 40hz but Im building a new one tuned to 35hz so i can get my lows back
