tuning for dd 3512?

I'm just wondering what I should tune my 2 12" dd 3512's at?

I know they recomend 40hz on their web site, but that seems really high.

I've heard if you tune it at 40hz it still plays the lows well. Is this true?

I would just like to see what yall would tune your box to if you had 2 3512's?

I really like my lows I was thinking like 36hz

Each sub will have 1.85 cubes which is on the small side but that is all I can fit

with 53 square inches of port area which is also on the small side but that is all I can fit.

Any help is greatly appreciated

i'm doing 45 for spl with 2 ports able to be capped for 32 hz when capped 4 total ports drop it low man don't be scurred.
