Tuning a box right in my truck is impossible...

So after deciding to only go with 1 12" in my truck, i thought tuning the box would be a lot easier. Nope, with 3 4" ports at 3 cubes they still have to be 25 inches long.

This is ridiculous. You can't even buy them this long from parts express...

i'm already frustrated, this isn't making things any easier.

Anyone want to suggest a box design for a 12" tuned to 35?

With 2 ports it works out to 15.5. I'm sure you don't want 2 though.

the smaller port area, the shorter the port will be

and why does it have to be aero's? you can be more space-efficient because you can wrap a slot port around the box, and not have aero's taking up space where the driver will be.

IA recommends 35" for this driver on average, 3 4" aeros is ~37. I guess i could slot port it, i just wanted to try out some PSP ports.

Matt just use 1 6" aero or 2 4" aeros. You don't really need 3 of them with the 12.

I would also like to make it external if possible so that I wouldn't have to take out port displacement

3 cubes after all displacements, you will only need a 6" x 17" aero
