Tacoma HELP!!!

so i tried installing a new hu for my friends car and when i pulled out the old...the wires were different colors...i didnt know which was power, ground, speaker, anything...anyways..i cut the harness and tried to do it, then all of a sudden a wire grounds, sparks, and then now his clock and interior lights (the top one)dont work...am i screwed or is it just a fuse?

just find the fuse, replace it and keep on hackn. You really cant screw up anything unless you bypass fusing and the wires actually melt or something.

you're really not going to screw up too much unless you jam a peice of wire in the fuse block where and bypass a fuse. As long as you have a volt meter and some basic understanding of DC electricity, you'll be ok.

probly blew the int lights fuse and radio fuse, ive done that before driving to home depot to get elec tape and the cd player wasnt mounted lol

well its a kenwood headunit...will the harness at walmart work?
