What I'm trying to get across is why would Memphis get involved with this and start posting? Makes no sense. They sold the amps to a reseller. For them its a done deal. Who cares if some nobody mentions their name in some "deal"?

Perhaps I shouldn't have posted here, but when this situation was brought to my attention & the company that I have poured my heart & soul into was being trashed with outright lies, I simply could no longer remain quiet. You are correct in that once we ship a product to an authorized dealer, we don't really want to remain involved...unless somone who we have never done business with starts saying we did something dishonest & that damages our reputation.

As I said in my other post, we ONLY do business with car audio stores. Even if TSGP had called us wanting to buy 16-MCD4KWs (which he NEVER did) we would have referred him to the closest authorized dealer.

The other "proof" that this never happened is that we have been sold out of that amp since the late summer of 2008. We are waiting on the new 16-MS1.4000.

As I also stated in my other post, I don't expect everyone to agree with our philosophies & policies. You have every right to disagree agreeably with them.

But they are policies that we will stick to, which is why the Fulmer Companies (our parent company) has been in business since 1919.

TSGP was makin memphis out to be this horrible company when he was just lyin about everything on them.my dumbasss believed him and I love memphis products so i didnt know what to think, but it all seems pretty clear. We expect 16-MC1.4000s to arrive at the Memphis warehouse on or around 11-18-2008, but there could always be further delays due to transport or other unforseen dificulties.

We would rather apologize for delays in shipping that any problems with the product.

BTW- I am guessing that when you say you've "paid for them" you have done so with an authorized dealer somewhere? We don't bill anyone until the product actually ships.

Just as a note...

I bought a woofer from Justin some time back and he was having trouble getting it to me.

I received a money order last week for a refund for the woofer.

So it does still stand that he has always taken care of his deals with me.

... this amp situation was a pretty crazy deal, though. At least it seems to be getting resolved.

A birdy the other day told me the Memphis 4kw's are the same thing as the Soundstream 6500's with just the parts arranged differently (but exact part for part) on the motherboard.
