Trying to pick an inexpensive sub...

I want to try an inexpensive sub, definitely less than a hundred bucks, closer to fifty would be nice. Just looking for something to put in my dd to get me by until I have the time and money to do what I want. I havent picked my amp yet but it wont be anything special, no more than 500-750 watts probably. I have about 2.5 cubes but my box is only 6.5" deep. Can be an 8", 10", or 12", box is about 13" tall. I know I'm not gonna be overly loud, but I would like it to play decently low. Hmmm... don't know if I forgot anything. I'm sure I'll think of more as I continue to look. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Whats the mounting depth on the tc-7. Thats gonna be my major obstacle, 6.5" is all I got. Plus I have to consider pole vent spacing if need be.

consider my cerwin -vega HED? can take 500 rms all day long! way underrated. had two of them that got down. 50+shipping its yours. hass a little silicone on the surround from a small puncture

The Hifonics HFI's are okay for something that's not very serious... I've not looked up the price on the new ones but the Zeus series subs really are pretty nice for the $$$$... My first set of Hifonics were the Zeus's, the old ones with the light up dust cap... still have them around and last time I hooked them up in a guys car to show them to him they still pounded away just fine, he was very impressed, although the only thing he had to compare them to were his blown Volfenhag's.....

just looked, at OCS they're $89 for a 12"..... not too shabby..... although I'd do the IA 187 @ $99 Rio mentioned... I've installed a few of those now and all I can say is WOW, heck of a performer for that price and power level....
