trying to pick a component set

Nice to see a company rep from Cadence here, welcome.
Where you been, his has been for a bit now haha.

I would say it is nice to see a rep from another company not only commenting on threads outside their product lines, but linking to other's reviews to help with a forum members decision. To top it off, he didn't even offer up any of Cadence's gear to the OP so no pushing for sales...always great to see that.

that is rare

I also am considering type r's. I am looking for sq preferably non metallic tweets and to stay in the 100-200 range

i hear a lot of praise for the ID ctx65.never heard ether of them tho. i did just get my massive audio ck6v's in today and they're pretty nice. i only have them running off of 60wrms for now but they should have +100wrms.

I have 2 sets of the SC6500's. Very nice speakers. Tweeters are similar to the LPG 25NFA's. The mids are awesome in a properly treated door. Hands down one of my favorite component sets.
