No. Using creatine like candy with no outlined diet or workout plan will cause water retention in all the wrong places. Eating the right food at the right times would make you look a hell of a lot better in a matter of 2 months.

 
check out bodybuilding.com for some good workouts to start out on

you should shoot higher for more then 250-300 on deadlift for your bodyweight, i weight 125-130 and rep 280
