Trying to decide on how many woofers to run.

Was planning on upgrading from my 18s to two 18 zv4. But then I started to wonder would it be better to run 6 sa 12s or 15s?

Besides what brand or model. Would two 18s be just as good/better/ or slightly slacking behind say 4-6 15 inch woofers. Or 6 to 8 12inch woofers. Given they're all getting the same power. 8kw or more.

But really how much db gain would there and be. And what would get more low and move more air? I'm looking to be low and loud.

If you want low you need a lot of airspace and a lot of power per sub.
