OK my question once again...i am going to buy a Btl 18 fully loaded and i was wondering if there would be a problem trying to fit it into a 99 camry trunk? im getting the box custom built and the back seats fold down, i was wondering if this was going to be near impossible to get it to the right size.....thanks

you're pretty much going to have to devote every single inch of the trunk for airspace. Good luck finding a place for amps or extra batteries...I forsee your back seats going bye bye

I wonder consider a 15"...

x2, its going to be a tight fit in that Camry trunk, a 15 will fit better and have a lil more "breathing room" so it may sound better

Assuming the guy building the box is going off your specs it's up to you to make sure it'll fit.

You "should" be able to make it fit in a 5-8 cube box, upfiring. You will probably have to remove the rear seats and cut the opening bigger. Will also probably have to remove one of the rear doors, assuming a 4 door, to get the box into the cabin.

Or you can build the box inside the trunk.

I have a build thread showing some pics of what's involved if you do it like I outlined in step 1...
