Trunk Rattle help

Ok, so I know that I can go out and spend a few hundred to make it quit but the problem is that I don't have that few hundred. Here is what I do have. I have a 1997 Toyota Camry and wanted to know how I could make my taillights, gas door, and factory spoiler, to quit rattling. I am open to hear some of the strangest things so give it your best shot and chances are that I will prolly try it. Are there any secrets that might help that I do not know? Any suggestion will do.

Thanks

Go to your local Lowes and spend like $50 on Peal and Seel and just seel the **** out of your trunk and liscence plate. Its a great investment and helps the all-around sound on the inside too.

dynamat really is the best and can be used on the license as weel, if u focus on the main rattling point u shoul be able to pick up a door kit and cut the pieces to fit anywhere in the trunk.

p.s. where gloves b/c the stuff will cut you up really good

hey redswingline, how do you know dynamat is the best. Do you know of any other companies. Probably not. Have you tried any other company. Probably not.
Dynamat is the best. I've had brown bread, B-Quiet (almost the same as brown bread), fat mat, accumat, road kill and few other no name brands and found Dynamat extreem is the best for just about any area you can roll it onto. The next best thing is to monofoam the hell out of any cavities in the vehicle. But then again this is only my opinion.

Thanks for the input, but dynomat is the few hundred that I was not looking at spending. I have looked into it and I just wanted to see if there were any other options than dynomat that worked just as well.

try puting your subs facing the front and port to //// i say this becuzz my 240 sx did the same thing then i builded a nothere box and face my subs and port to face the front and that did the trick //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

actually, i have heard of other brands b-quiet,fat mat, silencer... i work in a roadshop as sales and install, and have had several people with the same problem. Dynamat worked the BEST. What is your problem anyways, u seem a bit wound up over such a small subject. And wasnt that an opinion based question?

if not just go get the stuff you lay on in your bed the egg carton looking stuff and staple it down and glue it to the trunk and around the seems put for like trunk or other stuff like the gas and wing put thing weather striping around it i know it sounds stupid but iv done it.
