Let the Dutch guy explain it to you in the simplest way possible.

Put a compresser in your trunk (complete) and disconnect the iron blow tunnel that you normally use so that it simply blows into the trunk

Close it and listen on all sides of the trunk if you here air coming out (probally bottom).. if you hear "enough" sound coming out then get plur

I dont know the english word for it so i'll describe what "plur" does. Its a sorta foam that you "spray" (compressor wise) on almost all sides of you trunk expect the rear seat plate. The plur will expand itself a little after some minutes making your trunk complete isolated except for pressure that wants to go through the rear seat

Your SPL goes sky high if you use that shit and your bass is REALLY inside the car with minimum rattlage... other way is dynamat but its a long and expensive way

Basically plur is used when you should replace your current isolations but dont want to so all you do is spray on a new isolation altho you should be aware that if you spray to much it will damage your trunk

If you are willing to redo your whole trunk and commit it to just subs you can make a fiberglass bottom for the subs and then spray foam that is called goo foam or something like that it comes in a red spary can it is wet to start with but then it dries and expans hard and is a alot denser the dynamat. You can also it some old cushion which goes on the bottom of carpet for padding or rip apart an old mattress and uses that installation crap on the bottom and then spray foam on top and then if you ever sell the car you can take the subs out and the foam will come out cuz it is stuck to the padding not the metal of the car, good luck

alright am not starting a new thread for this one,

my trunk rattels like hell,

not the lic. plate, but the trunk, the place near the trunk lock, it actually comes out nearlly an inch, and come hittin back,

and there is also air leak all over.

excuse the stupid trunk, its a korean car
