I Saw these amps play at a local car show

the guy had a 4 channel amp for mids and a mono for bass

both were rated at 400 watts rms each. umm does anyone know bout these amps also do they push more power than rated like rockford and crossfire. if so how much added power do they possess? they powered his Digital Design speakers Flawlessly.

Tru amps are awesome amps. I'm sure they are underrated, not sure how much, but its also clean power. I wouldn't think twice a bout snatching one up if you find em for a good price.

some are underated but with the name your not really paying for the amount of power your paying for the quality. I know of a Tru SH-1 that tested 5602 or something close to that at 4 ohms, when its rated 2000. of course this was with 15.6v. also when john was around he told me that they will take up to 16 volts to get more power out of them but not to drop the load. either way very good amps but you do have to pay for em just to warn you mow

im still up in the air as to whether or not i will ever use my last one that i still have sitting bnib
