I have looked all over for a good place to attach my ground cable, there isn't one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif unless I'm missing there is just a perfect spot I overlooked, I need some help. I have a 95 Honda Accord Coupe. I can't seem to find a spot in the trunk, so is okay if I grounded it to the spare tire compartment by making a new hole and nut & bolting it down? Or should I keep looking in a different area, like the cab or something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

just make a new ground anywhere on the metal. make sure you sand the area down untill you see nice and shiny metal. use a self tapping screw in screw in with your ground wire, its that simple. MAKE SURE U DONT GO TO FAR AND HIT UR GAS TANK. i have a honda civic and i took all my rear panels off and found lots of places to ground. its not a accord but theres gotta be something but if all esle falls use a self tapping screw and make one

i do that with mine. i put a bolt with a nut and washers.

self tapping screws dont get it tight like it should. at least in my experience it didnt

Alright, I will try it out. I already looked under the car and the gas tank is pretty far up in front of the spare compartment. So I should be fine. Thank you

i have a celica and pulled out the rear tray, and a nice body support was right their. easy grounding. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

just gotta keep looking and keep it under 2 feet.

i have never used the tapping screws my self i have bolts but they are from my car. i just new some ppl do that lol

That was probably the most tedious thing I have ever done. But I got it bolted down next to the spare. I tried in a couple different places before and there was way too much metal to drill through. So I found a nice thin piece of metal and got it grounded. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif
