Trouble using BitTorrent.

you need to forward your ports on your router or set your ip in the dmz if you have that option. I tend to use a higher port number in the 65000 - 65090 range. Also, some trackers dont like bittorrent. I suggest using Utorrent. just go to download.com and look up utorrent.

 
i don't think he needs to foward his ports as he Used to be able to download thru them. try switching your torrent program. Utorrent is a good program as suggested by others. i too recommend it(even though i'm a nobody to recommend things).

if that doesn't work, then try port fowarding.
