Trouble deciding for PG ti15d's

I have been looking all over for amps for my pg ti15's. I have two of them. I have been looking at the soundstream amps in particular, the rubicon and taratntula's. Can someone please give me some suggestions on which to pick? I am open to other brands.

Also, if an amp, fo instance, says 1000x1@ 2 ohms, can I hook up both my 15's to it so it would be 500x2?

One more thing: They can handle 550rms

a jbl600.1 believe it or not would make them pound. i have that on my 2 10" ti's and they hit nicely.

Do they sound good? I fried my amp before I had a chance to listen to them

yes, very good. you will def love those subs once you hook them up to a decent amp. they sound better than my friends type r's imo.
