No i dont make them,i bought them of a friend ,i think it really improves the sound.i have indeed heard issues of vibration problems,but i just had to try it for myself.

Ive never been a fan of adding tubes just for the sake of the even-order harmonic distortion they create. If my speakers can't make the original recording sound 'warm', the recording wasn't meant to sound 'warm'.

I have a local friend who builds home audio tube amps. He's offered to make me a similar piece before, Ive always passed on the opportunity.

I've always like the SQ out of car tube amps...I've never tried the processers...I considered trying the soundstream tube preamp but wasn't sure of the quality....

I have tried soundstream its ok,but when i heard this one in my friends car i felt in luv with it.i hope it sounds as good in my car

What's it matter what the outside looks like? Its like seeing pics of a top-fuel dragster from under the hood, and then saying "yeah, but lets see the paint job".
