Ahh guys I am in desperate need for some help on my trig. I figure most people on here are good with math (subs, boxes etc etc) so can someone PELASE help me with my trig. I would even be willing to paypal for help. My aim is TheLowestBidder and I will be on for a while. This should be really simple stuff for anyone that knows trig (or calculus), it is just the fourth chapter of the book. Thanks guys

Uhm, maybe it is just me, but I would imagine it would help A LOT, if you were to just perhaps, let us know what it is you need helpon???? LOL. Unit circle, trig functions, inverse trig functions, law of sines, what part of trig is it that is troubeling you?

it is mostly basic sin - cos - sec -csc - tan - cot graphs, finding the amplitude, phase shift, verticle shift, period and some harmonic motion. Its only about 10 questions.

here is an example of one of my questions

y= 2 csc (x + 2pie/3) - 1

find the

amplitude

period

phase shift

verticle shit

and graph

i know you guys cant easily graph it, but telling me the amplitude and all that stuff would be a huge help. Ican post all of my problems on here if someone is willing to help

amp=2, period=i forget, pahse shift=?, vertical shit=down 1 unit....

Edit:Actually, i just took a second look and I have no idea if I'm right at all....college CalcII aint doin shit for me, lol

so its true, your job doesnt depend on what have learned really.
FOK No! A friend of mine graduated last in his engineering class from Lehigh University but landed the highest-paying job of his graduating class. The degree is all that matters to most companies. And he works for Honeywell...a strict government contractor.

o cannt quite remember all the specifics but CSC is the opposite of sin so the graph will be a reverse sin wave. and its 2 csc so the origin should be up 2 units im guessing you could just plug in numbers for x to get an idea of what the graph will look like the period IIRC is where the graph starts and ends the pahse shift is its movement left or right verticle shift is the movement up or down and the amplitude i cant quite remember what that is maybe its highest and lowest points on the graph. there is a better way to solve it without plugging in numbers but i cant remember it i took calc 2 years ago and trig was 3 years ago when i was just 17 ahhh memories!
