tried to install capacitor now car wont start

Hi guys i really need help badly..

I tried to install a cap earlier today and did everything the same way as i did on my old cars but this time the car wouldnt start. When I turn the ignition, i hear a click and the battery just shuts off for 5 min or so. I unplugged the cap and tried to boost the car wiht no luck.

Pleaseeee help me im freaking out!

Ok, so you tried to jump it. How old is the battery, and what kind of battery is it?

its bosch not sure what kind i got it at pepboys like a month ago. it was like $100 if that helps lol. battery was perfect before this.

edit: i tried to jump start it like i meantioned earlier and same thing happend. everything shut off for 5 mins..not even the lights worked and the jumper cables were hooked up to a running car.
