I've been competiting with Treo for a couple of years now using Treo Amplifiers. 9-10 months ago...we had problems with our amplifiers. We've contact Treo and waited since there were no amplifiers available. We've also sent (3) SSX1500.1's in to be repaired or fixed. After a very long waiting period...In February of this year...John from Treo sent me 2 replacement amplifiers. Yet there was still one missing for my teamate. It's more than half way through the season and I still don't have an amp for my teamate to use. Treo has done nothing for us with my teamate's amp. I've been getting a run around by Wayne at Treo. Everytime I called...he'd say "I'll see what I can do" and would just say that he's busy and has to go. I never get a return call from either Wayne or John.
From a competitor or consumer's stand point...it's horrible support and service. At one point in time...Treo Engineering had the best customer service and support. It saddens me to see Treo drift in such direction. My teamate is getting all over my case about it.
