Treble goes away at high volumes

So yeah when I turn my radio up what happens is the treble just I don't know stops working jahahahh I feel like an idiottrying to explain but like the really high notes just fade out all I hear is midrange and my subs but the highs go away at high volume I have mb quarts in the front and infinitys in the back they aren't components so I was just wondering do any of you know why my speakers I don't think it's the amp cuz I tried with another one and it did the same thing please help
