tow truck drivers are SHADY!

so a few months ago i'm at a Mcdonalds drive thru and i get slammed into from behind. a tow truck. damage was a cracked taillight, scratched and set the bumper out of place. he claimed he had just woken up and wasn't paying attention. he appologizes and says it's not that bad they can fix it at their body shop. i said no dude i'm filling a police report. so i did so.

now i get a letter with a court date for the "accident". shady. does he really think i won't show up since i didn't file anything with my insurance company? hahahaha. i'll be there at 2pm just like it says. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

ive been towed while in a visitor spot in my car, lights on engine running.

towtruck drivers, predatory, patrol towing, etc... **** em.

thanks to the new Florida statute, if you commit a forcible felony ie Armed Grand Theft Auto, i get to use deadly force to defend myself.

tow my car illegally and im dropping you. i can promise you the story that the cops will get will make it look like you tried to strong arm rob me for 50 bucks to give me my car back.. and then it turned into an assault with that tire iron of yours.

i live in a college town. you can't go to a SINGLE place to party because these guys drive 3 or 4 trucks around, with a guy with a walkie talkie checking every parking pass...

they tow people whether the lot is full or empty and they charge up to $175 even if you go that night to get the car. If you come out to your car while they hook up, its still $50 bucks.

Ive been towed legally, ilegally, in marked visitor spots, with my parking pass at MY apartment complex and still had to pay for it. its bullshit. if i towed you outta your driveway 2 times a year how would you feel?
