I agree MSRP price are through the roof. But nowadays, thanks to shitty economy, prices have come down quite a ways.

Tw5 are very good drivers

The mid bass Driver's JL has are kick ***.

And they technology in their amplifiers is superb. Those HD amps are bad ***.

May be higher priced since some of the stuff is made by US labor cost. Not China.

But it's definitely not anywhere near junk.

It's overhyped in my opinion. Yes I was wrong to say it is junk, since it is far better than most stuff, but it is far from what I would call impressive.

I run my 2-13 w6's off a AQ2200d. I have no issues. Wire the subs to 1 ohm, and set the gain accodingly.

Get rid of the JL amp.

The only good JL amp out is the JL HD600/4 **** is it a sexy amp...........
