Total 21 year old noob, have $1200 for sound system, please help!

My buddy spent $1200 on a JVC touchscreen headunit, two pairs of MB Quart speakers, expensive dash kit, steering wheel control interface, a 12" Kicker L7 in a box, a Cadence 500 watt amp, a K&N cold air intake kit and halo headlights.
