Cut out holes for my tweeters in the a pillar. They didn't come with flush mounts so I was hoping for the best without them. Would flush mount cups help my situation or what can I do....?

it sounds ghetto, but in cases like that, due to the fact tweeters are so light, i often hot glue them in from behind. i use a super hot melt glue, which isnt permanent, but very durable. ive been doing it for years and havent had any issues at all. if you cut the hole right, you will never see any glue, just a perfectly flush tweeter.

We have brass tubing to cover the threaded shaft that we will paint silver. we'll either paint or fleece the sphere. the tweeter logo will be horizontal and upright. wire is through the threaded rod and will terminate in a plug or terminal. end product should look good.

These spheres sound incredible with the Hertz ML tweeters. Sound stage width is outside the car, you can't even locate them by ear. Sounds incredible. i will be doing this in my car.

That is pretty sweet. I went through your build log. Some amazing work man. Sorry it took me this long to respond. I'm more active on CACO and CSCO.

I'll try the pvc pipe idea! I tried cutting rings but I might try pvc instead. Thanks!
