Took fall pics

remove sticker and port holes. also, clean up that exhaust. i'm not a huge fan of tips sticking out 3 feet.

i like what you've done though airbags are sick. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

I'm with the fender porthole removal squadron.

I would also like to express my displeasure at your ability to turn the wheels while aired out. Please cut the car up to lay so that isn't an issue //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

thanks.

It's not as bad as it looks, I can drive with it laid out, turn and all that, the only part that fails is the plastic fender liner, sounds terrible with the tires scraping along it, gah! They need some.. " love ". Whenever I do that I'll roll the fenders in front, too, and it'll be set.

I don't usually drive with the front down, though, because the setup bottoms out on the tiniest potholes after I get below maybe...50 psi or so. They're Aerosport universal strut bags, which just slide over and replace the stock coil spring (using the same struts), and there's a metal bracing ring on the inside of them that bottoms out of the top mount plate. I'll live with it for now, but eventually I'd rather use some real strutbags, they make a universal kit which requires fabbing the bottom strut mount up, lots of work. Either that or do some testing sometime to see if any other struts fit my mounts. Whichever way, it'll be nice to upgrade the front because it rides like crap and is considerably slower than the rear. Plus it clunks a lot from the way they're mounted. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Haha, keep it up with the portholes thing, really, I haven't heard it before!

Honestly if you have a problem with them I urge you, honestly I do.. get in contact with the chief designer at the Buick division of GM, and tell him just how "fail and gay" they are. Perhaps you arguement would have some bearing if I was driving a Crown Vic or Impala or the like, but this is a Buick, the verticle bar grille and portholes are a signature thing... that's why Buicks equips many of their models *including the Park Avenue* with portholes stock from the factory.

Lol, I gotta say, you must have an aneurism everytime you see and old man driving his Lucerne with 8 instead of 6, jeez even the old guys are rockin portholes now days.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure that makes Buick the rice-iest make out there.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Way too much money in a fwd gm mang, honest truth there.

But that was my dream with the intrigue right there.

FAKE HOLES ARE FACTORY ON THAT YEAR

DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr!

I know about the universal strutbags. They're nice, but way too pricey. You're looking at around $600-700 for just the front setup. For that kind of price, you can have Koni shorten some struts for you, and rebuild the upper mounts to go even lower.

I looked at them for my car, but the price makes them unrealistic. About the only options I have are aerosports, or shAIM's 'bolt in' kit.

I'm going juice though, unibodies with macstruts don't do air as well as regular struts and frame's do.
