For that setup you will need to get at least 1" thick MDF for the box. Don't try using 3/4". One of my friends has a 13.5" W7 in his truck (he's an installer for an audio store) he's put the box back together 3 or 4 times now and resealed it cause he keeps on litteraly rattling it apart.
Usually a good idea to seperate subs. The divider wall will add strength to the box since it will go between the longest part of MDF usually. It will also keep the subs different so they won't throw each other off. Sometimes one sub can hit a little harder than the other one.
