This one would be nice and its the same price. 90x4@2OHM + 240x1? Could I do an active setup and get the Woofer and Tweet to run at 2ohm? So I could get maximum power by having each channel of the amp run at 2 ohm.

The tweeter isnt perfectly flush, very close but the door panels are slightly contoured. Any ideas of somthing to fill the gap with. Custom fiberglass?

i thought you mentioned the curve in your panel. I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it. Yes, in SQ competitions, the judge might notice something like that. Yeah 1/2" mdf gloss black spray paint
