do you think a 1500 watt hifonics amp will be too much for my 2 12 kicker l5's that rms at 600 each, but are in a ported box??? or should i go with the 1000 watt hifonics?

Since your porting them, i'd go w/ the 1000w amp. But i've heard that kickers can take a beating..

well u could get the 1500 for any upgrades. but for now just keeping the gains down doesn't hurt anything.

brutus is more expensive so it probably has better features.

thanks but ebay selling the 1000 bruts for 270 and the 1500 for 300 should i get the 1500 in that case?
