Too much power?

I have a pair of rainbow vanadium profi 3ways which say they want I think 120w, with a 180 max. I am planning on powering them with an Arc Audio FD4150 bridged, that amp is 80x4, or 320x2. of course the gains will be set with a test tone and a multimeter and the deck with never go past 3/4 volume. Am I giving them too much power? In my experience speakers can handle however much power I can throw at them provided the amp is quality. But I have never had a set of speakers as spendy as these and I don't want to take any risks that can be avoided by asking questions.

I will also be pairing this setup with 2 DIYMA 12" subs off of an ARC FD1200, which is ~1000w @ 2 ohm (which is what 2 diymas would be) I am pretty sure they can take 500w each

sure go for it just be careful...hehe I was sending my germaniums for a couple days a bridged 4150xxk....took em fairly well....Im sure the midbass alone could take that 120 watts so its pretty conservative.....
