And would an enclosure with 1.83cu ft able to provide two of these subwoofers enough airspace to do their job?

I'd have no problems buying from them.

My last buy from ebay was 2 DEi sirens, 2 DEI pain generators and a vibration sensor. All was less than 10 bucks total, you can find some good deals on ebay at times.
