Tony Parker > Steve Nash

Dirk did deserve the MVP:fyi: led his team to the leagues best record...but Tim Duncan is the leader of SA not parker. Nash is amazing just showing that he doesnt have what it takes... Or when Dallas had him they would have won some rings.
Why do you think he deserves it. I mean shit, if you are gonna say he deserves it, then at least post a reason to it.

I mean dudes numbers are down from other years, so really if he was to get it, should have been last year, but like I said seems if you are on the best player on the beast team recored wise during the regular season you get it, which is a shit *** way of doing it, but I dont like how any MVP race is run, because they are all flawed IMO.

I figured when I posted and clearly stated that he LED HIS TEAM TO THE LEAGUES BEST RECORD that would be a reason
Hey dumbass, that dont always mean they are automatically the MVP! Most cases yes, but sometimes no. I remember when Kobe won it and didnt have the best record or when Shaq won it, they didnt have the best record. As of late that is how they are doing it and it is so flawed! He isnt the best player in the league other people numbers prove it. Should be about the best player that helped his team and has amazing numbers. He IMO didnt have amazing numbers and like I said has had better numbers in the past.

So make a valid reason, as that is just a copout!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

It would be an outrage if anyone else one it... Dirk is a complete team player he led his team to the second best record in the NBA ever.... We was the season MVP and he was in fact the most valuable player in the entire league... Dallas make playoffs without dirk probably not... suns make playoffs without nash but his marion/ stoudemire.... likely

Who are you calling dumbass... My point is very valid and clear.... dirk led his team better than any other single person did.... making him the most valuable player...

Nowitzki led the Mavericks to 67 wins, a total eclipsed by only five teams in NBA history. He was the team's top scorer (24.6 points per game) and rebounder (8.9 per game), and averaged a career-high 3.4 assists. He also was the only player in the league to shoot better than 50% from the field, 40% on three-pointers and 90% on free throws.

Man this site gets more retarded by the day.

Also I was calling you a dumbass...................point in case you cant even make a valid pt in him winning it. So his team had the best record in the regular season, so what, he is sitting at home while better players were still in the playoffs. Shit if he was so good, he would still have his team in the playoffs, yet they got beat by a 42-40 GS team, lol! Real MVP there. System is flawed period. Kobe, James, Nash shit I could go on and on who had better years and helped their team just as much.

Go ahead and hang onto the whole Dirk thing, cause that is all you Dallas fans can hold onto now, lol! Maybe you should go watch the Spurs and root them on, lol!

He was also down in pts and Rbds from previous years, which are two huge stats. Yeah he was up on assists, which is impressive I suppose.

by the way nash will never be a stockton! i just think they play a little alike
Stockton never won an MVP award. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I love Stockton, but Nash could out shoot Stockton. Stockton is the ultimate assists man though.

I say they are pretty even, but Nash will always have the MVPs over Stockton.

I actually am a spurs dans and was at the game last night.... I just keep bringing up valid reasons why dirk was chosen MVP and you just ignore them like an ignorant prick but whatever makes you feel better.... again mvp was based on the REGULAR SEASON dumbass and dirk was clearly the most valuable player in the regular season

i could think of 10 or more players more deserving then him! not trying to be an *** just stating an oppinoin:)

what do you expect the league to base the mvp off of.... I mean i know the guys stats werent as good as last year but the team work was better he made it work and led his his team....they dont get much valuable.....
