where exactly in IL? i'm right by Chicago..

ever get pulled over?

i'm thinking of getting 20% for the front, 5% for the back, no windshield tint, I don't see a use to that..

Ill go to auto zone and sell you some of their tint with a lifetime warranty. It doesnt mean 2 years down the road the hardcoat wont start flaking off or the tint wont turn purple. Hell if it does Ill send you another auto zone tint roll. See where Im going with this?

Lifetime warranties are only good through tint shops because the labor required to remove and retint will take twice as long as before. And after a window has been stripped, it is harder to get all of the glue out from edges etc. It's basically a headache if you dont know what you're doing.

There is a reason we are called professionals.
I understand that, but that doesn't mean its necessarily garbage either...I just want to know if anyone has used it or had any experience with it, because I'm sure going to a professional will cost significantly more than 75 bucks, and if it'll last for say 5 years, I wouldn't care that much if it starts showing imperfections after that. It'd be different if it was a brand new car, I'd go ahead and spend the 2-400 bucks or whatever it is to get it done perfectly, but it just doesn't seem worth it for a car thats only worth maybe ten times more than that

isnt tinting the front illegal?
the whole thing or just a strip?
Over here in Chicago it is, but I don't care, my windows are usually down 24/7
tinting windows in cali is illegal too but im goign to tint my car i just want to find someone reliable to do it...i think you should get ur tints done professionally it will be better it only costs like 100 to 120 dollars to get it done well thats how much it is in Los Angeles im not sure in Chicago but tints make the car look hotter i think.

Chicago is 3x that... heh

WOW that's expensive...I mean if you get tinting done somewhere famous then it'll probably be about 200 or more but usually it runs from 120 to 150...I wonder why its more expensive in Chicago? you guys should come to Los Angeles to get tints lol
