tinting windows

I do alot of window tinting locally here, i enjoy it, but once you start you cant stop, you have to do start to finish, and it takes a time or two to get really good at it, it also gets very frustrating, because sometimes the tint dont want to do what you want it to, and its easy to mess it up so have patients and dont have anybody bother you!!

Yeah any dirt, or any film on the windows, will make that tint look like shit, will have bubbles, and lil hair lines in it, and the best thing to use is soap and water in a spray bottle keeps the tint nice and moist so it dont stick straight to the window right away, gives you a chance to mess with it and get it perfect!

you get your tint, get a spray bottle, fill with soap and water, clean your windows real good, get the tint ready to be peeled off, spray the window with alot of soapy water, like drench it. then put the tint on the window and start getting all the bubbles and soapy water out by using a squeegie type thing until the bubbles are gone and it looks perfect.

thanks, I just watched a video on youtube on how to install it, but one thing... on my car on the top of the window theres the frame and the window goes about 1/2 an inch inside, how am I supposed to tint the whole thing? or will I have that little strip not tinted?

ya w/o takin the window out that part might bot be able to be tinted which isnt really noticable...you could try rolling down the window like an inch and pushing the tint tothe top of the window and then wait for it to dry up and then roll the window back up and continue to tint the rest of the window... but that may cause problems

x2 they make window tinting starter kit things like at autozone and Advanced auto parts!! And i would get atleast 2.5% or 5%!!! Get as dark as you can!!
