build the box in the car as big as you can because if you want to change later you still have room. for the final faceplate go get some big cardboard and do 1-2 peice's for the front that way they are not weak.if your not worried about do hugh numbers dont do port on drivers side.do a port in the middle or the top of the box.i would say do all subs on the bottm and port along the top because you will need some room to do rear fill.
