Crossfire would have more output than the Taramps 10k if you wired it lower. If you plan to wire each at 1 ohm nominal, the Taramps would be the better option.
There is no formula that is 100% for electrical requirements. Many people try to make a rule of thumb, but it depends on a lot of things.
1. How much current your vehicle's electrical system requires
2. Your listening habits
3. What your rise ends up being. If you have a bunch of rise, your amplifier will see a higher impedance and be efficient, but not put out as much power. Therefore, it would not need as much electrical. Vice-versa if you don't have much rise. Your amplifier will be less efficient and put out more power, so you'd need more electrical. However, rise isn't always a bad thing. It equates to efficiency in some cases.
4. I know there are more things that would affect what you need for electrical, but I can't think of them off the top of my head right now.
Overall, the Taramps would need less electrical because it is a full-bridge (Brazilian) amplifier. You already know this though
