thoughts on Soundstream subs

what do you all think about these Soundstream EG-12X (eg12x) - 12" Subwoofers - Sonic Electronix they would be in a BIG sealed box. i can get um for 60. can they be re-coned/worth it?

probably not, by the time you paid for a recone (if there are some that even work for it), you'll be over what you'd pay for a decent sub.

Only SS subs I'd get are the T4's and XXX's.

I would not get those ones...

T4, T5, XXX, SPLX, R12 or R15 are good subs thou

wait a little bit and the T6 line is going to be released... they were doing their testing for it about 3 weeks ago so it should be out really soon.
