I'm on the verge of puttin' (18) 10" subs in my '99 Nissan Sentra.
... The enclosure is too tall for the trunk ( 24" ). So my last hope is inside the cabin.
* Note - Enclosure is 38"W x 24"D x 24"H - The subs are on 3 sides of the 6 sided sealed enclosure - Front, Top, Back *
Questions:
1) Would I just need to wall off my car?
2) What would make it sound the best?
Suggestions:
1) Completely sealing off the trunk from the cabin ( Making my cabin feel like an Ext. Cab Truck )
2) Making sure no air is escaping from the rear ( out the trunk - completely deaden the trunk, but not completely sealing off the trunk from the cabin )
3) Which direction would be the best choice?
* Top facing the trunk, Top downfiring, Top upfiring, or Top facing the windshield *
..... All comments and advice ( Negative & Positive ) are welcome..
THANKS - DJ Tucker
