Just incase some of you guys and girls, the ones who say don't blame the car bass blame the people, missed the words in parenthesis in my first post I will type it again for you,ok. It states, notice the parenthesis>(THE CAR BASSERS AND LOUD HOME STEREO PEOPLE). And also notice that I stated CAR BASSERS( BASSERS meaning the people not the equipment because it takes a hand to operate the equipment) And LOUD HOME STEREO PEOPLE( Also stating, clearly, PEOPLE and not the equipment). So again for those of you who didn't notice those KEY words in parenthesis in my first post take the time to notice them now. Helpfull hint: it is the only frase in parenthesis, thank you.

Call the police or speak with the people who are disturbing you if you know who they are. You've already made your point, and most of us here play our systems responsibly. I totally understand where your coming from, but if your going to do absolutely nothing to help your cause, then that's your own problem. Some of us have tried giving advice to help you get this resolved, but if you do nothing on your part, well then in a way your contributing to your own problem.

Hmmm where to start? "...don't blame the car bass blame the people" should be in quotations, the word 'the' should be infront of 'parenthesis', a comma is required after the "I" with a question mark following the 'ok'.

You missed a comma. Just because 'F' and 'PH' are the same phenome doesn't mean you can interchange the letters. PHrase. Together now. PHrase. One more time for the slow kids in the back. PHrase.

Your posts are foolish and intellectually stagnant. You're posting for the simple enjoyment of seeing your handle on the internet somewhere. This post, for instance, is not required. If you feel that reiteration of your "point" is in order, then do so in the same thread where the confusion lies.
